As a result of Monday’s earthquake and damage sustained to the wharves we are unable to accommodate walk on passengers. We are developing a plan to carry walk on passengers and will continue to communicate as information becomes available.

To assist the management of our passengers who want to sail, it would be appreciated if you could advise us if:
You wish to cancel your sailing from 16th November onwards, contact our call centre on 0800 802 802.

As a result of Monday’s earthquake we are unable to accept new bookings, both walk on and vehicle passengers. At this stage we don’t expect bookings to open prior to the 21st of November. We apologise for the difficulties this will cause.
