Emotional eating can get the best of us at any time. We crave sweet and salty foods hoping that it will help with how we are feeling. However, we end up feeling worse and guilty about the foods we have just eat.
I'm curled up on the couch with Netflix and duck island icecream. I'm not feeling guilty though. I'm aware that my cravings come from an emotional aspect and I understand how to deal with it. But for now, I'm going to watch a few more episodes of Stranger Things with my icecream.
