Don’t go cold turkey! Don’t think you have to stop eating every single food you consider junk. We started off slowly, we considered Junk food to be packet food i.e chips, lollies, biscuits and any processed food. So we made our own home made bikkies instead, that way you know they haven’t been sitting in a packet for the last year and they would probably only last a wee while in your pantry too. Homemade food is so much better!
