Make a snack pack.
Having a ready-made stash of pre-chopped vegetables, makes it more likely that you will eat healthier in the month of June and you will save time too. Pre-cut capsicum, cucumber, celery and carrot should be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge. This will keep for up to 2 days and then pre-cut 4 other different vegetables for maximum variety of nutrients.
